UPSC mains Exam preparation note:
The Union Public Services Commission (UPSC) has informed the aspirants through a note about the modified the pattern of answering questions in its Civil Services (Mains) examination 2013.
According to the instructions issued, a consolidated ‘Question paper and Answer book’ will be provided to the candidates with fixed space for every question.
After the examination, the question – answer book has to be returned. The UPSC will provide a separate copy of the question paper to the candidates to take with them.
